SETTINGS
Bills 0.3.0 added in Settings option so that Simmers could customize their Bills experience with an adjustable Property Tax Rate and an Autopay option. 0.4.0 enhanced these options to also include Utility Bill Adjustments (decreasing/increasing cost), Alimony and Child Support Flat Rate - Career Pay Percentage Rate.
Cost Settings
PROPERTY TAXES
The default rate is 15% of the lot value every 4 months. If you would like to decrease/increase this rate (or percentage), you can do so with this option.
UTILITY BILLS
The default percentage is 100%. If you would like to REDUCE Utility Bills, you will need to put in a percentage within the range of 0-99%. If you would like to INCREASE Utility Bills, you will need to put a percentage greater than 101%. Any Utility Bill adjustments will not only touch EA Utilities but also touch SNB-Bills Home Services (Cable, Cellphone, and Internet).

CHILD SUPPORT
At billing, the non-custodial is charged a flat fee of §550 for each child, 5% of their household wealth (split between how many kids they are supporting), and 25% of any career pay for each child. The flat fee and career pay % are customizable in the Settings menu.
ALIMONY
Similar to Child Support, Alimony has a flat fee of §1,200, 5% of household wealth, 25% of any career pay for each spouse. The flat fee and career pay are also customizable in the Settings menu.
Autopay
If you prefer not to have to go into the Bills App to pay your Sim's bills, you now have the option to autopay from the Household Account or the Sim's SNB Account. To enable, click the Autopay option in Settings until it shows "On".
