Marketing/PR Specialist

• Job Description

  • In this position, you will help spread the word and increase community response and exposure in regards to the SimRealist Mod Fund Project. This would be done through our Blog, Twitter accounts and on Discord. This would also be done in a Mod Management type role with the branding and packaging of our mods and mod tips/tricks through our Blog. 

• Requirements

  • Photoshop/Branding experience 

  • Marketing experience preferred

  • Excellent writing/grammar skills preferred

  • Available at Mod releases/updates

  • Must have The Sims 4 base game, Sims 4 Get to Work and Sims 4 Cats & Dogs (Legal version)

• TRIAL PERIOD:

  • During a one month period, a new Marketing Specialist will not be reimbursed for their time given for us to gauge expertise level. As a sort of compensation for the time given, a Marketing Specialist will be given Patreon Director level access. Meaning you will have access to mods in Alpha stage and have the ability to influence the direction SimRealist is going. After the trial period, the chosen Marketing Specialist will receive a Pack Allowance or all Sims 4 Packs that are released after the position has been made permanent and ends when the position has ended, or the game no longer produces additions to the game. 

• After A Year:

  • A Marketing Specialist, who does exceptional work, has the option to move up to a more active role of being a Marketing Director. At that time, we will re-evaluate suitable compensation for time and services given.
