R|E Update – Land Lot Valuation Fix & World Adjustments

R|E has been updated to improve how empty (land-only) lots are evaluated and negotiated.
Following recent testing, empty lots were incorrectly evaluating at §0, which prevented proper negotiation battles from starting. This update introduces a more accurate base value calculation using lot tile size, then applies R|E’s appraisal logic on top of that value.
What’s Included
Empty lots now receive a proper base value
Valuation is calculated based on lot size
Appraisal adjustments apply correctly to land-only properties
Negotiation battles now initiate properly on empty lots
World Evaluation Boosts
Gibbi Point: +3% evaluation boost
Ondarion: +5% evaluation boost
These changes make empty lot transactions function the same way as properties with dwellings, creating a more consistent experience across all real estate scenarios.

I looked at the Simrealist post about land lot valuation and updates, and it seems like the site itself didn’t show a clear article on that topic, but I did find that SimRealist makes mods for The Sims 4 that change how real estate and property values work in the game and that players often talk about appraisal and lot issues with these mods online. I remember when I was juggling a big week of projects, I used do my python assignment so I could finish my work and still enjoy building and fixing lots in games like this. It made me see that finding help with tough tasks can free up time for the things you enjoy.
It is good that negotiation battles finally work on empty land lots now. I was wondering why I could not get any of the negotiations to trigger before this update. Sometimes when I get bored of the real estate gameplay I just look for Unblocked Games on the web to kill some time. Mỗi khung giờ lại có sự điều chỉnh khác nhau, nhất là trước khi trận bắt đầu. Mình thử vào kèo bóng đá hôm nay để so sánh các mốc thời gian thì nhận ra sự thay đổi không phải ngẫu nhiên.
