R|E has been updated to improve how empty (land-only) lots are evaluated and negotiated. Following recent testing, empty lots were incorrectly evaluating at §0, which prevented proper negotiation battles from starting. This update introduces a more accurate base value calculation using lot tile size, then applies R|E’s appraisal logic on top of that value. An update for SNB – Bills  is now available following the February 3, 2026 Sims 4 patch. This release resolves a critical issue that caused errors when loading existing saves after the patch. The issue was related to internal game changes affecting household and bills data handling. What’s Fixed Fixed a critical error that prevented some existing saves from loading after the February 3, 2026 patch. Updated internal bills and household logic to align with recent game changes.

The latest game update for The Sims 4 released on February 3, 2026  has been reviewed. At this time, all currently released SimRealist mods are confirmed compatible with today’s patch — with one exception: SNB – Bills , which is currently broken  and requires an update.
