R|E has been updated to improve how empty (land-only) lots are evaluated and negotiated. Following recent testing, empty lots were incorrectly evaluating at §0, which prevented proper negotiation battles from starting. This update introduces a more accurate base value calculation using lot tile size, then applies R|E’s appraisal logic on top of that value.
