Sul Sul, Simmers! The initial patch released on March 17, 2026,  caused widespread issues that impacted many mods. Thankfully, EA quickly followed up with a second patch on March 18, 2026 , resolving the core issues and restoring stability. R|E has been updated to improve how empty (land-only) lots are evaluated and negotiated. Following recent testing, empty lots were incorrectly evaluating at §0, which prevented proper negotiation battles from starting. This update introduces a more accurate base value calculation using lot tile size, then applies R|E’s appraisal logic on top of that value. The latest game update for The Sims 4 released on February 3, 2026  has been reviewed. At this time, all currently released SimRealist mods are confirmed compatible with today’s patch — with one exception: SNB – Bills , which is currently broken  and requires an update.
