The latest The Sims 4 patch released on July 21, 2026 has been reviewed and tested, and we're happy to report another all-clear: all active SimRealist mods are compatible with the latest game version.
No SimRealist mod updates are required for compatibility with this patch.

⚠️ Known Launcher Issue
EA is aware of a digital signature issue preventing The Sims 4 from launching for some PC players and is currently working on a fix.
According to The Sims Direct, the upcoming fix will only update the launcher. The game version will not change, and the fix will have no impact on installed mods.
Because of this, we do not anticipate needing another SimRealist mod compatibility review when the launcher fix is released.
