We’re happy to announce that the issue with SNB-Bills introduced in Patch 09/18/2025 (PC: 1.118.242.1030 / Mac: 1.118.242.1230) has now been fixed.

SimRealist 08.19.25 Hotfix - SNB Mod Suite & R|E

EA’s Aug 19 update changed how scripts load and impacted injection-based mods. We’ve updated the following SimRealist mods to work with the new behavior:

Ready today

• SNB

• SNB-Bills

• SNB-Financial Center

• R|E

Compatible — no update needed

• FlowFit (confirmed working with this patch)

Still in progress

• Private Practice

• HLC (Home & Land Company)

Install / Update Steps

1. Remove all old SimRealist files from your Mods folder (delete, don’t overwrite).

2. Install today’s new versions for SNB, SNB-Bills, SNB-Financial Center, and R|E.

3. Keep FlowFit if you use it — no update needed.

4. Do not install Private Practice or HLC until their hotfixes are posted.

5. Delete localthumbcache.package.

6. Keep Script Mods enabled.

7. If you want to play while Private Practice/HLC are pending, use a new save so you don’t advance your main households without those SR features.
