Minor Update on Ver. 1.1

We had some reported instances in which the health reports were not showing the results properly and we dug a little deeper to see what the cause was. Looks like the translated strings we were using had some items we needed to clean up/reorganized for the newer update. By itself, the mod worked fine but once those older strings were added, it was overriding what should've shown.

• Fixed a bug where the job offer call to General Practitioner wouldn't come for Sims who have gotten a raise after reaching the Chief Resident level.

• Updated translated strings to produce accurate Health Results.

The final update of the year for this mod will release on December 28th.
